Alinco DJ-G5

I recently reset my scanner now I lost the full usage of all the channels . I an only get 144.000 - 145.000 and 430.000 - 439.000 . I know th scanner can be unlocked by the keys but I forgot how o do it so if somebody can help me. thank you
